We have had fun in school today making each other laugh with funny faces, singing a Red Nose Day song and dressing up with funny Photobooth props for Red Nose Day. Our Bake Sale is on Wednesday 5th April before the Dance and Talent Show. The show starts at 6:30pm but children need to be dropped at Talbot Heath School at 6pm.

Yesterday, Year 2 went to Ballard School for a Hockey Tournament. It is the first time that they have been out to represent the school and did incredibly well. The weather wasn’t great, but their enthusiasm and energy kept them warm! Thank you to the parents who went along to support them.

We had a lovely assembly from Alicia Costello, Emily Seal and Olivia Fereti (Year 3) all about Make-up. The girls presented information about the history of make-up, why and how people use it, the various kinds of products you can buy and how it is tested. They had thought carefully about the information they shared.

The winners of the Garden Planter competition were Yannis Yang (Year3), Phoebe Driscoll (Year 4) and Tamzin Dear (Year 4). All three of their designs had wonderful ideas. To create stunning planter, we are going to combine elements from each. Part of their prize is a trip to the garden centre!

Thank you to everyone who has made plant pot donations, we are still taking any unwanted pots to decorate and recycle, gardening tools, water butts and compost bins.
