This page will be updated periodically, providing you as parents with a variety of internet safety tools and resources to discuss and use with your children.

 

Interland (7-11 years)

www.beinternetawesome.withgoogle.com is a fantastic free resource for teaching children how to be internet savvy, covering topics such as showing kindness online, being secure with the information you share, keeping yourself safe from scams and thinking carefully about what you share.  

Safe Online Surfing (7-11 years)

Welcome to sos.fbi.gov — FBI Safe Online Surfing (SOS) A great website for 7-11 year olds (and beyond!) to learn about cyber safety and digital citizenship. This is a US site, so your child would need to choose the Grade below their UK year group. 

CEOP Education (4-7 years)

4-7s: (thinkuknow.co.uk) resources designed to help 4-7 year olds stay safe online, designed by the National Crime Agency. Please note, this is designed to be played with an adult supervising. 

CEOP Education (8-10 years) 

8-10s: (thinkuknow.co.uk) resources designed to help 8-10 year olds stay safe online designed by the National Crime Agency. Please note, this is designed to be played with an adult supervising.

BBC Own it (7-12 years)

Information and quizzes for children aged 7 to 12 years on the themes of self-image and identity, online relationships, online reputations, online bullying, managing online information, privacy and security, and health, wellbeing and lifestyle.
